Carlos I Gran Reserva is made from the Airén grape, which have been distilled at our own distillery using craft methods in traditional Moorish pot stills known as ‘alquitaras’. This blending of liquids is what gives our brandy the nuances and aromas typical of the wood, from barrels previously used to age our best Amontillado and Oloroso sherries.
