Winemaker Robert Skalli is a 2nd generation winemaker from the South of France developing the same passion & love for the Languedoc terroir from his father. One of the pioneers of single grape French varietal wine production, he oversees the rigorous quality control of winemaking producing beautifully balanced wines ideal for all occasions. Revealing peach, pear & traces of ginger spice on the nose, this wine is very refreshing. Peach & citrus fruit flavors intermingle wondrously on the palate with added nuances of toasted oak. Pair this wine with Smoked Salmon with Dill Sauce, Steamed Garoupa, or Black Cod with Lemon Caper Sauce.
This aromatic & fresh French white opens up with freshly baked gingerbread, pear, & peach notes on the nose. On the palate, citrus fruit & peach flavors emerge with trace notes of toasted oak.
