With the dry end of summer and the nice weather in October, it was easy to wait for the optimal maturity of each vine parcel. With good grapes we were on the right way to make a great wine. The color is dark red, the nose is very fresh with an explosion of red and black fruits. In the mouth the wine is very juicy, and the tannins are soft. At the end the gooseberries and the morello cherries are coming. Nice now, you can keep this nice bottle for around 10 years in a good cellar.
