From the Ruppertsberg cooperative brilliantly managed by winemaker Gerhard Brauer, the heart of their winemaking brilliance is their top site in Hoheburg considered to be Pfalz's best vineyard. After taking over 2 neighboring cooperatives at Konigsbach and Mechenheim, they now control over 450 hectares throughout Germany planting mainly Rieslings for white and Dornfelder for reds. Made in a light, sweet style, this wine is fragrant & flowery with a fine fruit bouquet. Serve this chilled and enjoy it on its own or with ripe cantaloupe, honeydew melon, creamy cheeses, German pancakes, sushi, or spicy Ginger Pork.
Aromatic, rich with refreshing sweetness; Discreet scent of roses and apricot with hints of honey on the finish.
