Why We Love This Wine
This tasty Sauvignon Blanc is made from Estate grown grapes from a Marlborough vineyard close to the ocean thereby imparting underlying salty notes in this wine. This medium-bodied white with mineral accents readily displays rich stonefruit, peach, nectarine, & citrus fruit characters with added nuances of freshly cut grass, honey, & gooseberry culminating in a crisp acid & mineral laced finish. Pair this with a Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad or an Endive Salad.
Winemaker / Tasting Notes
Pale straw in color, the nose reveals generous aromas of pineapple, pink grapefruit, snow pea ,and blackcurrant leaf underpinned with green citrus and mineral notes. The palate is full, lively ,and well-balanced leading to a long, refreshing mineral finish.
