What you'll do:
Operations is the backbone of ecommerce. We make sure that our beloved customers get the right items on time, all of the time. The Operations Manager shall be responsible for leading Sales Operations & Fulfillment Operations -- essentially owning all of the activities that happen after a sale has been consummated, either online or offline. This includes (but not limited to) leadership over the teams responsible for: sales order processing, picking, packing, dispatch / logistics and customer support. Operations is the "human" element of our business in what is largely a digital commerce model, and is in a very big way responsible for the consistently outstanding service levels of the business.

Sales Operations, Process Design / Process Improvement, Ecommerce Logistics & Fulfillment Operations, Customer Service, Operational Resource Planning

Role location / details: 135 Hoover St, Barangay Addition Hills, San Juan City
Qualifications: College graduate in Business Management, Business Administration or related course
Career stage: Min. 4 years’ worth of relevant work experience
Employment Terms: Full-Time, onsite
Salary: 45 - 70k Gross Monthly Compensation; Government benefits; Monthly Wine Benefit; Employee Share Options Plan
