What you'll do:
Scrutinize all applications submitted in every sourcing channel of the Company and shortlisting pre-qualified candidates based on the advertised requirements. Conduct pre-screening calls with pre-qualified candidates and decide whether to endorse the candidate to a Hiring Manager. The HR Associate will also be the first person to welcome a new employee and ensure a smooth onboarding by facilitating the onboarding process. The HR Associate shall also assist in the
planning and preparation of quarterly employee activities. He or she will have an opportunity to assist in the preparation of data needed for dashboard reporting.

  • 0 to 18 months of work experience (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
