WINERY PHILIPPINES provides members with access to boutique wine, wine subscription programs and marketing material for wine tasting and education events (“The Service”). WINERY PHILIPPINES also provides regular editorial content through subscribing to our newsletter or through the website. You become a member by filling out a registration form on our site. Joining the “site” as a member automatically subscribes you to our newsletter and other email updates on future sales, unless you otherwise specify by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in every email sent to you.

MEMBER ELIGIBILITY

The Service is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by the “site” for any reason. Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Winery Philippines account to another party.
