What you'll do:

Deliver Wine Quality Guarantee, through proactive sampling of new and sale wines onto the marketplace and ensuring timely response to Quality incidents with a >95% successful resolution rate. Educate wine consumers nationwide through regular research and presentation of wine education content in collaboration with Digital Marketing team. Drive commercial impact through regular program of monthly wine tastings, and supporting specialized wine enquiries and wine education classes on a commercial basis. 

You should be good at (or can quickly learn):
  • Working knowledge of wine basics (grape varieties, basic terminologies, food pairing, etc.)
  • Wine service skills such as but not limited to opening a wine bottle (still and sparkling), polishing wine glasses, pouring wine, wine storage and decanting, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (write simple copy, present wine to clients, answer client inquiries, responding to client complaints on quality incidents, etc.)
  • Event management skills (beginning with Planning, organizing, and event implementation from ingress to egress)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • 2-4 years’ work experience in F&B, retail, or e-Commerce
  • Having a Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Certification is an advantage

Salary range: The Php 25K to Php 35K monthly package includes:
