Tnhey are a terrific source of well made, single variety wines that are fruit driven & accessible like this lovely Pinot Noir with subtle strawberry scents and a core of soft & juicy red currant fruit with pleasant smoky undertones over gentle tannins. This wine would make an ideal accompaniment for Roast Turkey dishes & Turkey Ham or chicken dishes like Rosemary Chicken, Chicken Ballotine, and Chicken ala Kiev.
A youthful ruby red Pinot Noir which displays subtle strawberry aromas and a flavor core of soft, juicy red currant fruit with pleasant smokey understones properly buttressed by gentle tannins.
