Vibrant and crunchy, with red cherry and blood plum flavours - such life and freshness, even in a warmish year. There's a lacy, delicate element to the finish - a tightening up of all the loosey juiciness, so to speak. A modern take on Nuits-Saint-Georges, and utterly delicious.
