The vines of Chateau Loyasson are grown on 60 hectares of diverse soils with sand & gravel dominating. The nearby Atlantic Ocean a mild & balanced climate without ezxtreme temperature fluctuations. After a selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in a tem perature controlled environment resulting in this beautiful French Bordeaux with a ruby red color & purple hues in the glass. It has a complex bouquet of spices, tobacco, & fruity cassis notes with a taste that is soft, velvety, & persistent with a long & smooth finish. Pair this wine with beef dishes, game like venison & wild boar, well fried poultry, hard cheeses, and Fried or Grilled Salmon, Tuna, or Black Cod.
