Made in an unoaked style, Domaine De Mauperthuis Chablis 2018 boasts refreshing green apple notes with surprising tropical hints of ripe pineapple, quite telling of a sunny vintage in Northern Burgundy. A creamy, delicate mouthfeel with good citric acidity.

The Domaine de Mauperthuis Chablis has a beautiful pale gold color with slight green reflections and a powerful, iodized, fresh, floral and mineral nose. There are notes of fresh almond and hazelnut, citrus and white flowers. In the mouth, it is balanced and has an acidic finish.
This wine is a fine companion of poultry or pork, rich shellfish, saltwater fish and aromatic cheeses.
