Winemaker / tasting notes:
For the production of this wine grape varieties manufacturer used Chiledzholo and Canaiolo. After collecting grapes subjected procedure kriomatseratsii in contact with the skins, which lasted for 3 days. Then the juice is passed at a controlled fermentation temperature of 15 degrees. Fermentation lasted 20 days and took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in bottles for 2 months. Experts recommend to consume this wine now or keep until 2018.
The Jacopo Biondi Santi "Braccale" Rosato IGT 2015 has a wonderful cherry- red color. The bouquet is dominated by strawberries and raspberries, as well as juicy grape aromas. Elegant on the palate, fine spicy, smooth and with lots of fruit and wonderfully refreshing fruit acids. Red berries and a fresh fruit acid make the Jacopo Biondi Santi "Braccale" Rosato a great accompaniment to grilled fish.
