Strawberries and cream are a timeless pairing. This rose-gold blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay captures just that in a bottle with its flavor notes of fresh strawberries and citrus, balanced with a touch of savory spice and creamy richness.
Biodynamically grown alongside native plants without pesticides or herbicides, black Pinot Noir grapes are handpicked and gently pressed in whole bunches to bring out fruity and floral flavors without the color and tannins. Wild fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, blended with similarly matured Chardonnay, and then bottled without fining. The result is a beautiful easy-drinking wine that pairs with a whole range of dishes and is great to share with special people. Drink well chilled.
