Traditionally a blend from the Rhone Valley, this is one of the few wines to feature this blend in Languedoc-Roussillon. Spice-driven with black fruit characteristics, this wine pairs well with dishes that feature aromatic spices.
Winemaker / Tasting Notes
The blend of grape varieties gives spicy blackberryish flavours, dark plum, black cherry dark fruit and a hint of pepper. There is also a distinctive mineral, perfumed note that comes from the Mourvedre.
