Serve with ice, tonic water and a slice of lemon to make a very nice cool refreshing long drink.
Goes very well with dry fruits, hors d'oeuvres. Also nice with desserts made from tropical fruits and ice creams.
Winemaker / tasting notes:
Port wines, also known as Porto, are sweet, fortified wines from Portugal produced exclusively in the Douro Valley, often served as a dessert wine, often with cheese, nuts or chocolate; white and aged style Tawny ports are often served as aperitif. Port wine is typically richer, sweeter, heavier, and higher in alcohol content than unfortified wines.
This White port wine has a sweet flavour that is similar to honey and jelly. On the mouth it has a fruity intensity, with a great balance between acidity and sweetness. Full and structured finish.
After opening, consume preferably in 4 to 6 weeks. Ready for consumption; does not need decantation.
