Why we love this wine:

We adore drinking this wine with roast pork, pork chop & applesauce, or lechon! This red wine has very ripe fruit notes with black plum, blackberry and dark cherry flourishes and some oak and sweet spices. It's pretty full, close to semi sweet, and has an interesting tart dark sweetness, with hints of licorice and tamarind.

Winemaker / tasting notes:

Fermented in wooden tanks and matured for at least 20 months in French oak barrels for silky tannins marked by black fruits.

A garnet colour followed by pomegranate with notes of dark fruit and spices. very elegant taste of smooth wood. In the mouth, it has fine structure, with fresh notes and long silky tannins.

Consume immediately or keep until 5 years, in a cool, shaded place.
