Why we love this wine:
We adore drinking this wine with roast pork, pork chop & applesauce, or lechon! This red wine has very ripe fruit notes with black plum, blackberry and dark cherry flourishes and some oak and sweet spices. It's pretty full, close to semi-sweet, and has an interesting tart dark sweetness, with hints of licorice and tamarind.

Fermented in wooden tanks and matured for at least 20 months in French oak barrels for silky tannins marked by black fruits.
