Saltbush Estate Shiraz is rich and generous with aromas of dark plums, blackberries and spice. The palate is a complex balance of fruit, liquourice and chocolate. Ageing on American oak lends a smokey flavour which complements the natural pepper spice of Shiraz. This wine is beautifully structured with a velvety tannin finish. Shiraz pairs well with duch sausage cassoulet, lamb cutlets with fennel and roasted or barbecued red meats.
