Wild & Wilder is all about good, clean fun. They craft great quality wines at their Adelaide Hills Winery but they don't take it all too seriously fully cognizant of the fact that wine is all about good times, tasty food, and creating lasting memories. Great fruit is sourced from Barossa, Langhorne Creek, Clare Valley, and Adelaide Hills after which they are made with a lot of love by dedicated people. Their involvement in every stage of the winemaking process from bud burst to bottle means that every bottle from Wild & Wilder is an experience you would definitely want to relive again & again. The nose displays an array of florals & spice aromas along with glazed cherry fruit characters. On the palate, ripe black currant flavors are revealed further developing added touches of earthiness, toasted spices, & dried herb characters framed nicely by fine, textured tannins. Enjoy this wine with Roast Beef & Mushrooms with a Black Peppercorn Gravy and Grilled Sirloin Steak.
