Great fruit is sourced from Barossa, Langhorne Creek, Clare Valley, and Adelaide Hills after which they are made with a lot of love by dedicated people. Their involvement in every stage of the winemaking process from bud burst to bottle means that every bottle from Wild & Wilder is an experience you would definitely want to relive again & again. Garnet in color, the nose evokes lifted aromas of blueberry & wild strawberries with added touches of floral bouquet characters. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a dense concentration of juicy red fruits leading to a balanced earthy & savory finish. This wine is best served with full-flavored dishes like Beef Liver Steak, Herb Stuffed Rolled Lamb Breast, Slow Roasted Lamb with Wild Oregano, and even local Filipino dishes like Lechon Sisig and Bopis.
