Winemaker / Tasting Notes

Very clean and bright lemon yellow with prominent greenish hues. Aroma of pronounced intensity, varietal and marked complexity, good floral notes (white flower, magnolia) that stand out over a mixture of fruits such as reinette apple, pear and mandarin. It stands out for its harmony, all the aromatic complexity of the nose reappears together with a wide, persistent mouthfeel and a very refreshing acidity in the aftertaste. Ideal with all kinds of seafood, fish, rice and Japanese cuisine.
