Named after the 16th century collection of poems the Livret de Folastries or "Book of Follies" by French Poet Ronsard, this Gewurtztraminer is vinified as a drier wine while retaining its' classical varietal characteristics of lychee & mild spice, honeysuckle florals, & a deep minerality. Revealing a floral & peppery nose, this wine is dry, spicy, & very pure in the mouth. This elegant Gewurtztraminer would pair perfectly with spicy Asian cuisine.
