The estate is located in the historic Valpolicella Region in Negar Valley at an altitude of 580 meters facing Southwest and the Valgatara area at an altitude of 250 meters facing Southeast. The decisive differentiation in topography & altitude conditions lead to quality grapes with distinctive & unique characters which, combined in various proportions, give life to their wines. A mature & complex wine obtained from the best indigenous Corvina, Corvinone, & Rondinella varietals laid out partially dry for 90 to 110 days. Vinified in the traditional Italian manner with extended ageing in French Oak barriques, it is a silky smooth wine reflective of the Valpolicella terroir from which it originates. Pair this wine with Braised Meats & Casseroles.
