The Cachapoal River that transverses this region serves as a moderating influence, cooling agent, and a main source of irrigation. This Sanama Carmenere Reserva from Chateau Los Boldos is made from grapes grown in the Rapel Valley of Cachapoal, Chile. With an intense & deep garnet color, the nose presents dark fruit & red fruit aromas with added white pepper spice & red pepper characters. On the palate, this everyday drinking red is fruit forward with a decent body & ripe tannins. Pair this with Penne Arrabiata Pasta, Charcuterie, & Beef Caldereta.

Intense and deep red in color with aromas of red and black fruits, fresh red peppers, as well as spicy notes. Fruity, well-structured with round tannins and a powerful, lingering finish.
