A gorgeous, rich, & silky Shiraz, Angel's Share refers to the small amount of wine that evaporates from oak barrels during maturation. Medieval winemakers believed that angels watched over their wines and that they took their share in the process. A bright, deep, & dark crimson in color with a luminous purple core, the nose opens up with vibrant blueberry aromas overlayed with dried violet petal & gentle wood spice scents. On its' medium to full-bodied palate, primary notes of blueberry fruit flavors emerge combined with licorice nuances & fragrant floral overtones. A perfect blend of power & elegance, the tannins are savory & detailed running across the palate towards a long & complex finish.
