This sparkling wine from Bohigas is made with Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada grape varietals, and is vinified at low temperatures, preserving all its incredible notes. It exudes colors of light straw green, and has an ABV of 12%. A very fine and enjoyable drink, the Bohigas Galda Semi-Seco has strong aromas of apple and pear. On the palate, it is energizing and subtly sweet, filled with personality. The bubbles are small and delicate, bursting pleasantly with a sweetness that is gentle and not overpowering.
