Winemaker / Tasting Notes

A delicious red Burgundy with harmonious flavors & a bright ruby red color. On the nose, intense aromas of wild cherry, licorice, & mild spices waft from the glass revealing underbrush & earthy mushroom characters with further airing. On the palate, there is a wonderfully balanced interplay between tannins, acidity, and its' "gras" or velvety texture culminating in a red berry laced finish.
