Copper Lane Reserve Chardonnay is a beautiful straw yellow in the glass with elegant golden hues. Bursting out of the glass are notes of citrus fruit, green apples and tones of butter. In the mouth the wine is full-bodied and delightfully creamy yet retains a fine malic acid. This results in a fantastic balance. The notes from the fragrance return in the taste, and you can feel the great balance of sweet and sour. This is a perfectly balanced, barrel-aged Chardonnay with a long and lingering aftertaste as the icing on the cake. This Chardonnay is best served with salads, oily fish, pasta or poultry.
