“The Chenin Blanc tones are softer and hidden at first. The nose has expressive aromas of green and yellow apple with dusty pear slices and freshly peeled lemons that linger with apple blossoms. The palate shows that the wine is clean and correct with a fresh pomaceous and citrus character upfront, followed by classy mineral tension in the back. The finish is medium long and is refined with a precise focus and balance”
