Winemaker / Tasting Notes

It's lively and fresh, with 13.6% alcohol, good acidity and an herbal touch typical of the variety. This is radically different from the 2017 I tasted next to it—cleaner, more defined, fresher and much more varietal. It has a medium to full-bodied palate with focused flavors, fine-grained tannins and a serious and balanced mouthfeel.
