Winemaker / Tasting Notes
Clearly reflecting color hues of dark crimson, this beautiful French Merlot opens up with a nose jammy red currant & cherry fruit followed by blackberry notes with a touch of cinnamon spice upon further airing. The initial attack on the palate is clean, supple, and round with cherry, blackberry, and bilberry fruit flavours emerging at mid-palate as it builds up to a richly structured finish with powerful but well-integrated tannins.
