Description / Tasting Notes

This cider knows how to flatter the palate. The acidity and tannin structure are felt gently, while the sweetness is perfectly balanced. The cider is rich and sensual, with notes of ripe yellow and red apples, quince and a touch of sweet apricots. A touch of ginger and tobacco completes the taste. The sparkling cider skilfully balances sweetness and bitterness and offers a firmness which nevertheless makes it airy like a kouglof. The penetrating acidity gives the cider a subtle spiciness and contributes to the pleasant fluidity of this juicy, sweet and tangy drink.
