Winemaker / Tasting Notes

Sweet spicy almost Christmas plum pudding scent, rich and warm. Full but not overly big, showing the typical bit of Clare Valley linear structure (in contrast to the Father in Law’s, shall we say, less linear profile….. not a case of the grapes resembling the grower!) Except of course in other qualities, openness, generosity, warmth…. (am I out of hole yet?) The perfect family gathering Shiraz.
