From the coolest of the Mediterranean regions, The Limoux, vineyards are high and set back so subject to the cooling influence of the Atlantic Vent Cers, which along with the limestone soil and 15 to 20 year old vines, brings remarkable freshness to these wines.

Pale gold with aromas of fresh white peach and a little exotic jasmine. Fresh and quite racy with delicate notes of apricot and white peach and a crisp refreshing citrus finish.
