Australia has perfect conditions for viticulture - a lot of sun and a suitable soil for perfectly ripe grapes every year. Diamond Hill in Southeastern Australia gets its grapes from several Australian wine regions where they ripen under the influence of the bright sunshine and harvested when the grapes are fully ripe. Diamond Hill Shiraz-Merlot has a nice dark red color with violet reflections. It has great scent of ripe fruit. The taste is powerful with a spicy filling and ripe tannins from the Shiraz grape and the softness and warmth from the Merlot.
