Deep cherry red appearance. Aromas of cherry fruit, toast and hints of chocolate come together in an attractively rich bouquet of aromas. Full-bodied and full of fresh fruit and liquorice notes, the smooth, ripe tannins make for long, lingering finish. Pairs well with red meat, roasts, smoked foods, salted fish, pates, or cured meats.
