Australia has perfect conditions for viticulture - a lot of sun and a suitable soil for perfectly ripe grapes every year. Diamond Hill in Southeastern Australia gets its grapes from several Australian wine regions where they ripen under the influence of the bright sunshine and harvested when the grapes are fully ripe. It has a nice deep yellow color. The aroma is dominated by luscious mature flowers and green fruit. The taste is rich and fills the mouth with taste of ripe fruit.
