Description / Tasting Notes

This ten-year-old single malt brings out the best of both bourbon and sherry barrels, balancing sweet vanilla with the nutty, fruity notes of sherry. It's oaky up front, with raisin in the middle, with touches of salt and olive on the finish. The Copper Alley is a very nice malt whiskey for sipping neat. The nose opens up with sherried fruit peel, custard cream, & hot cinnamon aromas. On the palate, flavors of dark chocolate & raisin are exhibited with added touches of walnut characters. Nutty notes linger on the finish with added trace nuances of honey almonds.
