Winemaker / Tasting Notes
Deep, dark red with a nearly black center, yet still visibly bright with youthful hues on the edges. Close your eyes and let your imagination run as you think of Satsuma Plums, blueberries, blackberries, & beetroot with added rhubarb aromatic hints. Savory toasted spice characters of anise, cloves, & cardamom seamlessly mingle with nuances of fennel, caraway, and mint on the nose along with faint hints of pepper.
