Winemaker / Tasting Notes

Dark ruby in color, the nose evokes mineral driven aromas of red berries, forest floor, green herbs, & smoke. On the palate, a lively acidity cuts through a core of frais de bois, ripe strawberry, & sour cherry with an excellently precise segueway into a wet stone & dusty mineral finish. Decant this for about an hour before serving it with Grilled & Roasted Meats, Smoked & Cured Meats, and Mushrooms.
