Straw yellow in color with golden hues, this wine displays perfectly ripe, fresh, & elegantly refined stewed pear & apple, peach, apricot, & quince confit aromas intermingled with vanilla, brioche, white floral, & nutty characters. On its' medium-bodied palate, it is delicately round & fruit-driven with a deliciously fine mousse & subtly sweet characters culminating in a stunningly dry, slightly mineral, & impressively long finish.
