Made from selected vineyards in Langhorne Creek; one of Australia’s oldest wine regions. This wine shows its varietal character of typical Cabernet Sauvignon on the nose. Complex spicy characters of sage and eucalyptus accompanied with cassis and raspberry aromas. Medium-bodied and round with red forest fruit flavours. It finishes with fine savoury tannin structure, persistent red fruit flavours and light vanillin oak notes.
