The Glaetzer Bishop mission is to focus on small volume production of super premium Barossa Valley wine. They hold a firm belief that wines are made in the vineyard - a combination of French notion terroir and Australian vineyard site knowledge. They source exceptional 35 to 120 year old vine fruit from the famed Ebenezer sub-district at the northern tip of the Barossa Valley to craft true expressions of Barossa Shiraz. Vibrant purple in color with aromas of plum, dried spice, & dark chocolate, this wine possesses a great mid-palate freshness with flavors of black currant & mocha. Finely tuned tannins provide elegant structure & length on the finish.
