The Last Warrior Collection pays tribute to the fighting spirit of Ningxia's people. A land known for its unique terroir: high altitude sunshine, cool evening breeze, mineral-rich soil layered with mountain stones and river silt. Silver Heights manages its vines organically and adopted biodynamic viticulture from 2017. We believe that nurturing a healthier eco-system in our land will help to express more vitality in each bottle.

This red blend flaunts fresh, ripe aromas of dark fruits (cherry, blackberry), it will also divulge a mix of further aromatic notes such as hawthorn, mint & cigar. It has a lingering smooth finish. Pair with Cumin Lamb, Beef Stew with Potatoes, Pan-fried Lamb Chops, Roasted Duck Breast, Sichuan Hot Pot.

Why We Love This Wine:

Upon pouring, a medium ruby color is observed. Aromas of red berries, baking spices, and chocolate are apparent and also translates to the palate. It finishes long and the softness of the tannins allow for a great drinking experience right now but can hold until 2026.
