Full-bodied, concentrated and elegant, Silverboom Black Label has an intense deep red color in the glass with a dark, almost black hue. In its aroma, you are met with a wealth of red and black berries such as blackcurrants, strawberries and blueberries. In the mouth, the wine is experienced as full-bodied and concentrated with a classic Cabernet Sauvignon character. In its taste, the fragrant notes make a return, with the blackcurrant dominating though beautifully supplemented by subtle tones of oak and a slightly spiced touch. Silverboom Black Label is the natural accompaniment to barbecued food, veal, lamb and a wide selection of cheeses.
