This is produced in alignement with organic farming principles which excludes the use of artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides. A deep cherry red in color, the nose opens up with aromas of strawberries and fruits of the forest. This is a smooth, well-balanced red wine. Enjoy this with red meat, game dishes, & savory pates.
