This is fruity and well-balanced Viognier blended with a small percentage of Chardonnay. Each variety is vinified separately. It is a wine with intense fruit and floral aromas with a marked typicity and long persistence in the mouth. Excellent pairing for cheeses and slightly fatty fish.
