The Rothbury Estate Cuvée Sparkling has a straw colour with green hues. A nose of roasted nuts and salted cashew, stone-fruits and dusty integrated oak. More cashew flavours on the palate, white melon, buttery, honeyed fruit characters, balanced oak, butterscotch and nectarine.
